The Forest of OAKS was certainly a lot of fun!
Thanks ta all who joined us in Oldfurlong on Sunday May 22nd fer the second anniversary party,,,celebratin two years of truly phenomenal performances by sum of the best bands in all of Middle Earth!
and a big thanks ta all those sensational bands that have come ta be part of the OAKS….
Now begins the third year….wit anuther fabulous band!
These be sum folks who have come from far-away and have recently decided ta make our Shire their home….
Let us all give a big warm welcome ta them and all the newcomers!!
Come back ta the town square of Oldfurlong on Saturday June 18 at seven and a half bells and ya’ll find that there will be a FULL MOON!
Yup..fer sure…I promise… cause we will share the pleasure of listenin ta the amazin…

This band be rite at home singin about the happy simple life of us hobbits….
as wit singin a drinkin song….
as wit singin about a mum waitin fer her son ta come back from the battle wit hope still in her heart but a tear fallin down her cheek….
or as wit singin about a fella sayin he never gonna be separated from his lass no matter what life may throw their way.
we are all in this battle against evil and evil-doers t’gether!
